The specialty services below represent some of the most important and differentiated work we do at Keystone: notarizing critical documents, serving as a designated agent for clients who need a trusted person in that role, and providing fingerprinting for licensing and professional needs. All services are available throughout the Mid-Hudson Valley, with Remote Online Notarization available to clients across multiple states. 

 For many people, the most important documents they'll ever sign are a Power of Attorney and a Healthcare Proxy. These designate a trusted person to make financial and medical decisions on their behalf when they cannot do so themselves. But the document is only as strong as the person named in it — and not everyone has a family member or close friend available to fill that role.

Keystone Management Services fills that gap. Michelle serves as a named POA agent and Healthcare Proxy agent for clients who have no one else available — providing a trustworthy, qualified, fully insured presence for the moments that matter most. We do not create legal documents and we are not a law firm. We act as the designated agent within your existing legal framework, working alongside your attorney, financial advisor, and care team to carry out your wishes with precision and compassion.

Michelle is a commissioned New York State Notary Public offering three ways to get your documents notarized — wherever you are, however you need it.

In-Person / Traditional Notary — Available at a scheduled location for standard notarization needs.

Mobile Notary — We come to you. Whether you're at home, in a hospital, at a care facility, or at your attorney's office, we travel throughout New York State to notarize documents at your location. No need to arrange transportation or disrupt your day.

Remote Online Notarization (RON) — Through a secure, legally compliant video platform, we notarize documents for signers located anywhere — including New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and beyond. You don't need to be in New York. 

Common uses include real estate transactions, estate planning documents, powers of attorney, healthcare proxies, affidavits, loan documents, and business contracts.

We provide mobile ink and roll fingerprinting services throughout the Mid-Hudson Valley — for employment background checks, professional licensing, government applications, immigration paperwork, firearm permits, and more. We come to your location, making the process straightforward and stress-free.
