Keystone Management Services was built around a simple belief: everyone deserves someone they can truly trust in their corner.
That belief came from experience. Years ago, a dear friend was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. She had no family to step in, manage her finances, pay her bills, or make sure she was protected. Michelle stepped in — serving as her Power of Attorney agent, her Healthcare Proxy, and the steady presence who made sure nothing fell through the cracks.
Watching that unfold revealed something that couldn't be ignored: how quickly things unravel when someone can no longer manage on their own, and how few compassionate, qualified options exist for people in that situation. Keystone exists to change that.
About the Founder
Michelle is the founder of Keystone Management Services, bringing over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and financial organization. As a proud member of the American Association of Daily Money Managers (AADMM), she is fully insured, thoroughly background-checked, and bound by a strict Code of Ethics.
Michelle considers herself a student of life — someone who finds meaning in paying attention, going deeper, and showing up fully in everything she does. Outside of work she lives just outside Gardiner with her son and three pets, tending a garden of native flowers that find their way to a small cut flower stand on her property. The rest of her time is spent hiking local trails, playing chess, or training hard in the gym — she has a deep love for strength training, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Muay Thai, and genuinely enjoys coaching others along the way.
She believes that physical struggle builds mental clarity — and that same discipline is what she brings to every client relationship. Showing up fully, working through complexity, and never cutting corners.
