We provide essential services from organizing bill payment, keeping financial and medical insurance papers on track, to assisting with check writing, automatic bill pay, and maintaining bank balance records.

Each client's cost will vary depending on the amount and type of work. Typically, more work is needed at the start of the client relationship. Yes. Keystone Management Services will conduct a thorough background check before staff members are allowed to begin training or see clients. This investigation will consist of checking national, state, and local criminal databases, as well as professional, and personal character references.
Yes. We are fully insured and carry both a general and liability policy specifically for daily money management, bookkeeping, and personal elder care.

Keystone Management Services is a fairly new company. Our Founder, Michelle, has a 20 year history as a bookkeeper and executive assistant (among other roles). She has also served as power-of-attorney and health care proxy agent to clients who do not have family and those who wished not to have family provide these services. As mostly a freelancer to these clients, Michelle saw a lack in service professionals providing quality compassionate care with integrity. Michelle is a dedicated professional with a deep understanding of managing dementia-related conditions. Creating this company became a passion project to help aging adults keep as much financial independence as possible, safely.
